Michael spoke with the group about the updates to the San Diego Pros website allowing custom branded apparel sales – including a discussion of maintaining a small stock of product on hand as door prizes. And the percentage of profit that will be contributed back to the group. Our next social will be at Coasterra on August 16 – please be sure to RSVP either Going or Not Going. No maybes. Brenda needs a specific head count to know how much food to order.
We need to update our speaker schedule through the end of the quarter. If you have not signed up yet, please do so with Emily as soon as possible.
We had one visitor. He is interested in joining and has been sent an application. But he is not yet ready to present.
Michael is going to work on re-designing the membership application and putting it directly on the website to be a fillable PDF and follow the new branding guidelines.

Old / New Business
Thy is going to take over running the Pros Social Media accounts starting in September when she returns from vacation.
Thy is doing a backpack drive for families in need. If you are interested in donating a new backpack to the drive, please send it to Thy’s office by 8/23/18. You can also donate money and the office will purchase a backpack on your behalf.
Michael moved to order 10 San Diego Pros Tote Bags to have on hand at the meetings as door prizes. Brenda seconded. There were no dissenting votes and a quorum was present.
